Element prepares architectural and interior drawing packages after the design is approved. The exact drawing list is confirmed in writing. We review the location, spaces and required deliverables, then confirm fees, taxes, payment stages and timing in a written proposal.

The drawing list comes first
The proposal lists each agreed drawing or drawing group before appointment. A generic promise of 'full drawings' is not enough because projects differ in structure, services, permits and contractor requirements.
Coordination with consultants
Structural and MEP information is coordinated only when the relevant consultant documents are supplied and coordination is included. Element design drawings do not replace calculations, approvals or documents required from qualified engineers.
Issue status and revisions
Every set should identify its issue purpose and revision. Presentation, pricing, coordination, permit and construction uses are not interchangeable; the written scope confirms the intended use and responsible parties.
Delivery formats
PDF drawing sets are included where agreed. Printable presentations and supporting JPG files may also be supplied. Editable CAD or source files are provided only when explicitly stated in the appointment.

What drawings are included in a working drawing package?
The package can include agreed plans, elevations, sections, ceiling and finish plans, joinery details and schedules. The precise list is written into the quotation.
Are structural and MEP drawings included?
No, not automatically. These require the relevant qualified consultants. Coordination is included only when consultant information and coordination services are specifically agreed.
Can contractors build directly from the drawings?
Only when the issue status, scope, local approvals and responsible consultants confirm construction use. Presentation or design-development drawings should not be treated as construction documents.
