The enquiry form prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit your details to a website database. Opening WhatsApp or email passes the message to that service; you review it and choose whether to send. Files are attached in that external service, not uploaded here.

Avoid including identity documents, financial information or sensitive details not needed to discuss the project. Third-party messaging and email services have their own privacy practices. This notice describes the current website workflow, not a complete company data-retention policy.

Choosing a pricing market stores a first-party preference cookie for up to 30 days. It contains only the market name, not your project details. When available, the hosting service supplies an approximate country to select local content; we do not request GPS access. You can change the market on the pricing page or clear the cookie in your browser. Visitor IP addresses are not sent to our currency conversion provider.

Meta Pixel is loaded only after you choose Allow measurement. It measures page visits and interactions with our WhatsApp contact and quotation buttons so we can understand advertising performance. Meta may receive browser, device and interaction information under its own privacy terms. We do not send your project area, quotation value or WhatsApp message text to Meta. Choose Essential only to use the website without Meta measurement, or change your choice later through Privacy settings in the footer.
