Made-to-order furniture starts with clear specifications and a proposal covering production, shipping and receipt. These are the details we review together before confirming an order.
What is included?
Packing, local transport, freight, any required insurance, delivery and installation are clarified. Excluded charges or services are identified in the proposal, together with who will arrange them.
Dimensions and access
Before fabrication, we review approved item dimensions and available access information: doors, stairs, lifts and installation location. Accurate site measurements come from you or the responsible site team.
Timing and changes
Production timing is separate from freight and delivery time. Dates are defined in the proposal; changes to dimensions, materials or destination are reviewed for price and timing impacts before approval.
Checking the delivery
Check package and item counts and condition on receipt. Photograph visible damage and packaging, keep delivery documents, and contact us with your order details and photos to establish the next step.
Custom orders and resolving issues
Changes, cancellation, returns, warranty and the handling of defects or shipping damage are defined in writing in the order proposal and agreement before payment. The contact point and responsibilities are made clear for each order.
