ELEMENTSDESIGN & FURNISHING

ELEMENTS / HOW WE WORK

From the first idea to a clear next step.

Design, furniture, or both. Your proposal defines the route; production and shipping stages apply to agreed furniture orders.

01

Understand your brief

Location, space or pieces, how you will use them and your target timing. Share any plans or references.

THE OUTCOME: A clear summary of the service you need.

02

Agree the scope

We define deliverables, fees, stages, revisions and what each item includes before starting.

THE OUTCOME: A written proposal for you to review and approve.

03

Develop the design

For design projects: layouts and visual direction, followed by the agreed visualizations and drawings.

THE OUTCOME: Reviews and approvals in stages.

04

Confirm furniture details

For each requested piece: code, quantity, dimensions, material and finish. Open points are reviewed before details are issued to the workshop.

THE OUTCOME: Approved final specifications before fabrication.

05

Confirm the production order

We clarify the furniture price, inclusions, expected timeline and follow-up scope. Shipping is shown separately.

THE OUTCOME: A clear order with agreed specifications and timing.

06

Follow up and review

Dimension, material, finish and function checks are defined for the piece and service scope. Any material change is reviewed with you.

THE OUTCOME: Updates and review notes within the agreed follow-up plan.

07

Arrange packing and shipping

We define packing requirements, transport method, delivery destination and included or separate items in the proposal.

THE OUTCOME: Clear shipment details before confirmation.

08

Coordinate receipt

Check item counts and condition on receipt, document any issue with photos and contact us. Installation depends on your proposal.

THE OUTCOME: A clear point of contact for any concern.
