Our visualization process
The studio develops the design direction, spatial logic and material decisions first, then uses 3D and AI-assisted visualization tools to explore and refine the approved concept. Every image remains part of a human-led design and review process.
What is delivered
Image coverage is agreed by space. A typical main space receives at least four useful views, while a small bathroom may require one. Delivery can include JPG, PDF and presentation files; printable marketing images and 3D animation are included only when stated in writing.
Revisions and approvals
Revisions are linked to the approved layout and mood board. Major layout or brief changes after 3D development may change the programme and fee, so the proposal defines approval stages and revision limits.
Render, not built photography
A rendering communicates design intent and may use AI-assisted production. It is not proof of completed construction. Element labels visual studies, studio projects and built work clearly in the portfolio.
