A staged design process
We collect measured plans, photos and requirements; approve the layout; develop the design and materials; review 3D views; then prepare the agreed drawings. Each stage is approved before the next begins.
Images and file formats
The image count follows the space: the usual minimum is four views for a main room and one for a bathroom. Print-ready advertising files and 3D animation can be added when listed in the proposal.
Price and payments
We review the location, spaces and required deliverables, then confirm fees, taxes, payment stages and timing in a written proposal. Payments are 40% to start, 40% after 3D approval and 20% after the drawings.
Remote delivery across Saudi Arabia
Plans, dimensions and photos are shared digitally, with online reviews and file delivery for Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and other Saudi cities. The client or local team supplies verified site information.
What is separate
The agreed design fee covers interior design and digital delivery. Architecture, structural and MEP engineering, local approvals and general site supervision are excluded. Partner-led construction may be reviewed only for large Riyadh projects under a separate quotation.
